‘A Quiet Moment’ Massageis owned and operated by Dain & Sarah Frank.
Dain Frank graduated from the Myotherapy Institute of Massage in Salt Lake City and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002. He also undertook a 200 hour certification course in Reflexology. He has since become certified by Erik Dalton and the Freedom from Pain Institute as an Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, and has studied myofascial techniques with Tom Myers. He has helped many clients with chronic neck, shoulder and back pain, postural problems associated with forward head position, a common problem for people working on computers, sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome and plantar fasciitis.
Dain works with each client on an individual basis to tailor a program to work together to reduce pain, and bring the body back to functioning with ease.
Other techniques Dain uses include warm stones and trigger point therapy.
Sarah Frank became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2002, after graduating from the Myotherapy Institute of Massage. She first studied Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, later becoming interested in the Biodynamic approach to Craniosacral Therapy which she studied through the ASIS School of Arizona.
She received her certification as an instructor of Qigong after studying with Master Rath at the Taoist Arts Center of New Hampshire. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor.
Sarah helps clients with a wide array of chronic conditions, specializing in migraines, headaches, neck, shoulder and jaw tension and associated conditions.
She also works with many conditions using the massage vacuum cupping therapy.
Sarah includes warm stones and relaxation/energy techniques in her massage, as well as myofascial techniques and craniosacral therapy for neck, shoulder and jaw tension.
She performs the spa treatments, body wraps and salt glows.
